Extra feature brought on early so you can keep going and going...
This Software feature which has been in development for many months has finally been brought in early. Now we can all benefit...

Many clients asked for a way to keep on working without having the tedious click click click of logging back into the B2b Manager interface.
This feature is perfect for those who are completing many Kits per day, especially our 'Power Users'.

This mirrors the information in the Valuation Manager and will show you the number of Kits you still have in your account.
Remember it shows the number of UNUSED Kits available but may NOT show the Kits on the Valuation Manager page if they are incomplete and unprinted.
Only Complete and PRINTED Kits show on the Business to business B2b Valuation Managers page.

Starting a New Kit is easy
As long as you have Kits available
If you have Kits available in your account you can simply use the 'Start New?' button on the bottom the Summary page.
Make sure you have printed your current Certificate first, and when that task is complete, close the Certificate page which returns you back to the summary to start again or logout.
This will then display your Kit on the Valuation Manager page

One extra point, just incase you are not familiar with it.
You can print as many copies of the Certificate as you want. Just don't close the Certificate Browser Window, as that tells the database another Kit is complete.
Use the 'Print Preview' window to make sure the Certificate doesn't break over more than one page. This is a limitation set in your Printer Defaults and has nothing to do with the Jewelry Appraisal System.
The biggest problem is your printers 'Header' and 'Footer' settings which may show a page number or time and date stamp.
Delete these settings and check the Print Preview again.
If it's still not right, change the margin settings and print again until everything prints correctly on one page.
Only then - close the Certificate Browser Window
You will see the New Kit Number
There is no difference from this point on
Once you select the 'Start New?' button you will begin the process all over again.
Just work your way through the Kit as before.

If you need to change the clients name and address, you can do so from the Personal Details page.

If you found this Hint to be helpful, please pass it on to someone else who might benefit from such information.
Just don't give it to your competition ;-)
