You know what it's like - you get all full fuss to jump in and get some more profitable Kits done, but your list is getting bigger and you're fed up with having to scroll all the way down to the bottom just to log out...

And why do I have to Keep some of the old Kits anyway?

Well you don't have to - just delete the appraisal.

The information is still in the database (just incase you need it later) the only thing that's missing is your name next to it.
That way it doesn't show up in your list unless you need it.

Should something happen to your client's jewelry, you can simply drop us a line with the Kit number, and we will reinstate it for you. How easy is that?

What about the numbers?

You've used several but there only three listed...

This gets more emails than any other item in the B2b Valuation Manager area, and is based on the fact that the system lists and reads your appraisals - ONLY ONCE THEY ARE COMPLETE.

That means you may have purchased 5 Kits - Finished one and started another two (total of three) but the Valuation Manager simply shows you have only one Kit in the list with only 2 Kits left? Ughhh.... The numbers don't add up.

Remember Rule number one - DON'T PANIC!

There are still two in the database which you haven't printed yet. You may have finished them, but until you actually print the Certificate, the database doesn't list it in the Valuation Manager's page for you. It's times like these you need to remember the numbers of those unfinished Kits.

What is the Mysterious 'Power Users' group

Do you need it - Do you want it?

The Power Users Group is designed to give more "one-on-one" consultation time to those clients around the world who handle large volumes of appraisals.

They use the SAME database and use the SAME system as everyone else. But they do get two distinct advantages....

First is price - and really, that's only fair. They generally do more business than others (Some of our top Power Users own Retail Stores for example) so need to purchase even greater bulk lots than is generally available.

The maximum current volume for B2b clients is 5 Kits through to 100 Kits priced at just $7.95 each.

This is usually more than enough, and at the price is extremely generous, considering you also gain access to a qualified gemologist/Valuer with over 35 years in the Antique Jewelry Business. We are always here for you.

Power Users typically purchase large numbers of Kits at a time (blocks of 150 Kits - 200 - 250 - 500 to 1000) which for a retail store doing 4 or five a day is not a lot. So they get an extra discount for this kind of volume.

The second advantage....

Most clients don't even get into the Power Users Group until they have been using the system for a reasonable amount of time. We need to see if this is right for them - and for us.

Many gemologists charge $250 per hour just for a basic first time consultation. That's in line with your accountant or solicitor, but the price goes up as the problem becomes more complex.

To get exclusive attention can cost ten times that amount, and it's cheap for the skills they provide.

When you look at things that way, the Business to business B2b Center is an absolute steal.
